Julian Family Fiddle Camp Fees & Forms 2020

Initial Registration/Reservation

Initial registration for the Julian Family Fiddle Camp is simple, requiring the completion and our receipt of your “Application Form” and a non-refundable deposit of $65 per applicant. Please note that your application provides us with necessary details, and our receipt of your deposit reserves, but does not secure, your space at the camp.  Be advised: Securing space requires full payment of fees.

Address for mailing or faxing printed applications will be noted on the application forms themselves.  As in the past, payment of deposits and remaining fees must be made via check to the address noted on the forms (There will be a $25 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds).

Complete Registration

Complete registration will involve filling out and returning two separate signed “Release Forms” and, if relevant, a “Chaperone Agreement Form.”


The base fee entitles an adult participant to be a part of all instructional classes, workshops and tutorials offered at JFFC, assignment/use of a bunk in one of the cabins at Camp Cedar Glen, meals for the duration of the camp, evening jams, and entry to the Camp’s Friday and Saturday night dances and concerts. 

Those not engaged in the instructional classes but accompanying someone who is may participate fully in other on-site activities (e.g., archery, climbing tower, organized hikes, etc.) Fees vary according to age, choice of accommodation, whether or not he/she is part of a family group attending the camp, and the date full fee is paid.

There are two different fees for accommodations. One is for reserving and staying in one of the camp’s cabins, and the other for either parking your RV or pitching your tent in the designated area at the facility. The fee for those who choose to commute from a nearby location is the same as those who are camping on site. Unfortunately we cannot offer a fee reduction for those who choose to eat elsewhere.

Additional Fees

-There will be an $40 surcharge for vegan and gluten free meals

-There will be a $40 fee for RV hookups (5 available)

While your reservation is made through receipt of your application and associated deposit, securing your place requires full payment of fees. Since space is limited, priority is established according to the date full payment is received. There are significant discounts for early payment of fees.

Family Discount

There is a discount for families with two or more members attending the camp in the amount of $20 off per person after the first, full-fee adult.

Early Bird Discount

You will receive 10% off your total if we receive your full payment before December 31, 2019.

You will receive 5% off your total if we receive your payment before January 31, 2020.


Refunds less deposits will be made only upon written cancellation with confirmed receipt prior to March 1st, 2020. Deposits are non-refundable.
